The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

4. Create an access grant system for victims,culprits and their lawyers and the judge with a proper bar code or QR code for every individual case & ensure that no one can access and exploits data from outside. Incase of any change in case details and witnesses statements and evidences a separate entry should allow to them and don't delete the previous data. 5. 1.Face identification of witnesses, culprits and victims and store it into a national database. Check their involvement into multiple cases. 2. Live video streaming of statements of victims and witnesses from their respective places with ensuring their safety and security. Don't disclose their identity in front of public, it should be in the records of the case. 3. Create a separate and secure database for court hearings and activities. continue.........

dear modiji..... i am a female young citizen of this country..... everytime i am living in the fear of rapists.....this is just because of our weak action and laws of court on a rape.... so i am kindly requesting you to first give a look on this matter and then resolve any other matter... thank you!

महोदय, इंडियन ज्यूडिशियल सिस्टम को अनुवादित करके भारतीय न्याय व्यवस्था कह तो देते हैं, लेकिन भारतीय संस्कृति में न्याय की जो अवधारणा है वह तो इस ज्यूडिशियल सिस्टम में समाहित ही नहीं किया गया है। ऊपर से कोढ़ में खाज़ की तरह होता यह है कि प्राकृतिक न्याय की अवधारणा के विपरीत जाकर अनुसंधान अधिकारी आपराधिक मामलों में जाँच रिपोर्ट एकतरफा ही तैयार करती है, और जिसको न्यायालय प्रथम दृष्टया True मान कर कार्यवाही आगे बढाती है। और फिर कोर्ट में अभियुक्त को सबसे अंत में अपनी सफाई का मौका दिया जाता है।

First of all fixed period of jugdement for each type of case, so that every citizen of India get justice on right time. All should be treated equal before law, VIP treatment in jail for VIP criminal should be stopped, if person robbed from govt department then everything will be recovered with interest.
