The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India envisages a judicial system that is more accessible, efficient, and equitable for every individual who engages with the justice delivery system. The right of access to justice, guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution encompasses the right to access live court proceedings.

To imbue greater transparency, inclusivity and foster access to justice, the e-Committee has undertaken the project of live streaming of court proceedings on priority. This will enable access to live court proceedings, including on matters of public interest to citizens, journalists, civil society, academicians, and law students on a real-time basis, which was not otherwise possible owing to geographical, logistical, or infrastructural issues.

The e-Committee, Supreme Court of India invites inputs, feedback, and suggestions on the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

Click here to read the Draft Model Rules for Live-Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings.

The last date to receive Suggestions/Inputs is 30th June 2021.

Hi Sir Our Respected Government All Courts and All Women I, CA Rakhi Gupta would like to Congratulate for the final Verdict of Nirbhaya Case 2012, that was the requirement to hang the Culprits Rapists. But the limitation was time Gap Case of 2012 resolved in 2020. Please these cases should be taken in Fast track and strict to strict punishmemt should be set to avoid this in future. Women should be safe and it is the priority. Thanks and Regards CA Rakhi Gupta

Hi Actually Objection to Live Strem and record for future purpose should be with valid reasons. Reason should be valid this is the first step to allow not to live Stream and recording. Any Casual reasons should be neglected. If Objection will be easily allowed then maximum people will not allow to live stream or record. There should be defined Criteria to disallow this. Please look into this matter. Thanks and Regards CA Rakhi Gupta

Hi I just want to inform as per my views Discussion between or among the judges should be Live Streamed And Properly Recorded This will help to find loopholes. It should not be excluded as it is proof that matters. Please consider this point as it is important to be recorded and also live streamed. Thanks and Regards CA Rakhi Gupta

Select category of online hearing will improve the overall quality of JUSTICE being delivered. But it is improper to have an online hearing with regard to socially sensitive issues such as all forms of female harassment. one more area that may be excluded is those subject matters concerning National Security. Also, I take this opportunity to suggest for framing a national policy in clearing of all pending cases within a minimum stipulated period so that justice is not delayed

1. remove court proceedings for such confirmed ,known and repeated crime or mistakes. straight way punishment. 2. court lawyers should take their fees only when they win the case. No fees should be paid by the client to lawer if lost the case. 3. All lawer should have to take atleast two cases every year to brushup their knowledge. 4. citizen should allow to file their case online with all supporting and incase of non affordability of lawer, state or centre appoint the lawer free of charge
