In order to engage with the stakeholders and invite comments from the public at large, the Department of Revenue has decided to make available the proposed amendments in CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017 and the GST (Compensation to States) Act, 2017 in the public domain. The draft proposals for amendments can be seen here. You are invited to submit your comments/feedback on the draft proposals for amendments through this discussion on MyGov.in. To facilitate the analysis of the comments / feedback, you are requested to add a hashtag to your comments. The hashtags should be added using the following scheme:

Use the hashtag #AmendmentSrNo1 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no.1 of the draft proposals,#AmendmentSrNo2 for comments pertaining to amendment detailed at serial no. 2 of the draft proposals, etc.

In case you have more than one suggestion to offer, you may find it convenient to type out your comments in a separate document, with hashtags specifying the Serial No. for which the comments are being given.

sir pls aap goverment ke officer logo ke power kam kar do q ki ye us ka galt fayda utha kar veperi ko pareshan karte he,or sir pls vepari ko bhi us ka busniess karne k liye puri azadi do,aap sirf apne tax ki income per dekho, fir vo apns business cash se kar raha he ki chq se kar raha he ye sab bandhish mat dalo, or pure india may kahi per b goods movment ho raha ho to sirf BILL hona cahiye aisa karo, koi e way bill etc mat do, fir dedkho india kesi raftar pakdta he economy may.

1.As on date the refund of unutilised ITC on capital goods is not given. This is causing tremendous financial hardship to exporters.It is suggested that provisions of section 54 and rule 89(4)(as proposed in the enclosure) may be amended to provide for it. 2.Refund of unutilised ITC on account of inverted duty structure is at present confined to inputs only where as it should cover ITC on input services as well as capital goods. proposal for amendment in section 54 and rule 89(5)be considered

TCS on e commerce companies should be scrappe otherwise all companies selling products through their own websites should be slapped with TCS.Even all companies registered on India mart or Just dial or trade india should be slapped with TCS.kindly make TCS law equal for all.Targetting foreign e commerce players shows mindset of Indian tax authorities to target big foreign companies so that they always find China a much better option to invest than India.China has outshined India in a big way.
