Education Cess and Secondary & Higher Education Cess and Krishi Kalyan Cess CENVAT Credit was allowable in previous Act. But same is not allowed to carried forward to GST (through Transaction Provisions). So whether Government will pay refund to the eligible tax payers or same should write back in Profit and Loss account. Please provide Explanation on the same.

GST PORTAL HAS SEVERAL GLITCHES AND IS STILL EVOLVING SO MANY USERS ARE FACING VARIOUS PROBLEMS. GOI SHOULD ALLOW TAX PAYERS TO REVISE FILED RETURNS WITHIN DUE DATES. STILL INFRASTRUCTURE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN RURAL INDIA TO BE ONLINE 24/7. GST PAYMENTS MADE ONLINE DO NOT REFLECT IMMEDIATELY, DATA SUBMITTED TAKES TIME TO PROCESS AND THEN SOMETIMES IT IS DISPLAYED IN COUPLE OF MINUTES AND SOMETIMES IT TAKES HALF AN HOUR. FILING OF TRAN1 AND TRAN2 SHOULD BE REOPENED.
