I know that the trader or service provider will certainly try to find out ways to avoid paying the tax collected from me either in full or a part of it. For this reason I wish to pay the tax component to government directly in every business to consumer transaction instead of routing through the trader. Any means?

Will it not be possible to enable instant credit of tax component to government account on every invoice payment? The trader or the service provider can get input tax credit on submission of periodic GST return. The collected tax can be parked in the government account instead of traders account.

honorable prime minister i have few suggestions to improve Gst 1. taxpayer shouldn't penalized for Gstn technical glitches. 2. Easy Gstin reactivation process should come for migrated and new taxpayer. 3. jurisdiction office visit should remove in case of refund of excess cash balance. 4. Evc or E-sigh should allow for all constitution of business. 5. Registered mobile or email should be link with uidai. 6. Refund for excess tax payment.
