#Late fees are too harsh provision and it should be waived off atleast for the 2 years still the GST Stabilizes. # Single Form thereby incorporating sales and Purchase Summary should be devised and it Should be done quarterly on the turnover criteria basis #Anti Profeetering law should be imposed on Real Estate Transaction and rate of real estate should be applied on RERA Carpet Area. Now the real estate lobby is selling at the carpet area but increasing the rate of the property

Error are nature in Human beings. It is important to note that there are so many erratum in case of Government orders and notifications after issuance of original order or notification. As such, the filed returns do have some error and this should have been rectified.Hence rectified or revised return ought to have been allowed in GST portal. Only one return for the month ought to have been granted. Tran 1 has to be extended.late fees must be deleted for first 3 years of gst regime.

most frustrating portion of GST return in Column 12 i.e HSN wise detail. To maintain this portion of return every dealers required software. So many dealers in india are uneducated and are not able to hire permanent accountant. So column 12 should be removed for some time. when people become habitual to GST return you can ask for these details in return
