GST ki theroitical jankari vaise bhi bahot kam logo ko hai. Aur bahot log CA afford nahi kar sakte. Jinhone khud GST registration kiya unka bahot nuksan hua hai. Kyon ki bahot jagaho pe GST bill ki demand ki jati hai. GST to aise vaise nikal jata he. Per return ki proper jankari na hone ki vajay se bahot sare logo ka nuksan hua hai. Govt. ko late fee waive karni hi chaiye.

Other Suggestions:- 1. At present tax rates of 0%, 3%, 5%, 12%,18%,28% should be reduced to 0%, 3%, 15%. 2. Petroleum products should be brought under GSt with CESS. 3. Registered Taxpayers not filling returns for continuous period of 3 Periods, should be Auto suspended. 4. In case of matching of Invoices, Mismatch should not be penalized unless fraudulent transaction detected. 5. Report Generation in E-Waybill portal should be Monthly basis, instead of Day to Day basis.

Imports by Non-commercial Research Institutions are completely exempt from payment of customs duty as also payment of Integrated tax as per Notfn. No.27/2017-Customs dated 30th June, 2017. Whereas, purchases by such institutions from DTA are subject to 5% GST i.e, 2.5% CGST (Notfn.45/2017-Central Tax (Rate) Dt.14-11-2017 + 2.5% SGST. This is a discrimination and against the "Make in India"concept. This needs to be corrected
