1) the name of the sim owner should be displayed on the cell home screen along with the NSP.
2) the sim should be linked to aadhar card. For the existing give a time frame to get sim linked to aadhar card
3) voice call/data usage should be made available on internet on user account for both prepaid and post paid.

Existing operators who have invested billions in creating infrastructure and spending thousands of crores of rupees are at big disadvantages if interconnection charges are made nil and new monster entrant who built is empire by just manipulating government policies and evadind thousands of crores of taxes will benefit by offering free calls to his new subscribers. This will destroy the competition.Government will lose huge service tax revenue.and the mejor loser will be Bsnl but who bothers?

BSNL WIMAX users are suffering a lot because they are paying Rs 905/-for unlimited plan and getting a speed 512kbps.But most of times the service is unavailable. For landline broadband users it is 1MBPS speed with Rs750 unlimited plan.So the plan rate should be equal or data speed should be equal.

There should be a proper escalation matrix in reporting our views/problems of the service providers. And at every time we cant trust the Private regularities so my suggestion is the end point of the escalation should be a Government regularity. It would be very helpful in bringing complaint mail id to the customers as the final escalation matrix.

Sir following are my suggestions
1. National and international termination charge should be fixed.
2. By doing so sim boxing operatos will be eliminated.
3. Revenue booking and retail pricing would be easier as a result tax yo telco would be easier.
Most of the African and gulf based countries has adapted to this.
Also a feed of all incoming call cdr should be sent to government who in turn can also support to curb sim boxing.

On the basis of the feedback received from various stakeholders about the IUC
regime put in place through the Telecommunication Interconnection Usage
Regulation, 2003, the Authority revised the IUC regime through ‘The
Telecommunication Interconnection Usage Charges Regulation, 2003 (4 of 2003)’
dated the 29.10.2003 superseding the earlier Regulation. This Regulation came into
effect from 01.02.2004.

One Nation One Charge. When GST is now coming there is no need for so called ROAMING charges. Maximum IUC charge should be 5 Paise. The Telcom companies uses PUBLIC Spectrum, Space, Earth and facilities. They earn HUGE PROFIT already, the customer base is so huge in India with volume, it hardly affect them. Therefore, IUC charges should be based Quality, City and set maximum say 5 paise from current rate.
