On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

I would like to suggest some steps for academic areas Firstly I want to say people should be also reviewed periodically say quarterly. This team should make plans for next quarter and defined the degree of achievement for success. they need to map these targets with set skills of existing manpower. Some time there may be little training or motivation may require.

Sovereign gold bond schemes units need to be easily tradable and transferable between different agencies who hold it in digital accounts on behalf of investors in Demat. Also Banks may be advised to to give more loan at reduced interest rates than they are at present giving using SGBonds as collateral which is a secured asset. It will on one hand suck liquidity from system by purchase of bond, avoid investment in physical gold, and on the other hand, encourage people to use it as collateral.

I would like to suggest few simple step for performance improvement Every Department or organisation must have its head and at least two more persons who will be accountable for target performance. These people should be also reviewed periodically say quarterly. This team should make plans for next quarter and defined the degree of achievement for success. they need to map these targets with set skills of existing manpower. Some time there may be little training or motivation may required

सरकारी संस्थाओं में पारदर्शिता लाने हेतु उनके सभी डाटा को, जो संवेदनशील नहीं हो , सामान्य जन के लिए ऑनलाइन वेबसाइट पर अपलोड किया जा सकता है। जवाबदेहिता सुनिश्चित करने हेतु समय निर्धारण अति आवश्यक है , जिससे संगठन कार्यों की समीक्षा समय पर करे और गुणवत्ता के प्रति जागरूक हो , साथ ही इनके ऊपर जुर्माने या दण्ड का प्रावधान बनाया जा सकता है । इनके कार्यों की समीक्षा के लिए एक विशेष संगठन या सेल बनाना भी सकारात्मक कदम हो सकता है।

Please erect the separation wall atleast a one km around railway stations and allow the entry only to passengers to check the entry of antisicial elements so that the passengers and their belongings are safe other wise for example THE OLD DELHI RAILWAY STATION has become a ground for pickpocketers, snatchers and other antisocial elements. Please create the same atmosphere as created for airports

The construction costs quoted by CPWD, PWD, IRRIGATION AND PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT is 4 to 5 times high compared to their original cost of construction even then the quality of roads and other wirk is too poor the reason behind this is that a large chunk of money is paid from highup to lower level. The only solution is that before awarding any contract put the conditions to provide repair for 5 years without any further liability on the govt. The money saved can be used for employment
