On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

As we all know that the future of India is youth, but tell me one thing Is our youth capable of doing for our country... Everyone's dream is to get a job that fill our basic needs and we are done? There is no motivation for them to choose our country. And the most drastic thing is that our youth is all in tobacco, cigrattes and drinks. There should be a aadhar card check on shops, if they are 18 or above 18 or not. Please tell if I am wrong anywhere....

देश के सबी स्कूलों में मणिकर्णिका मूवी का गाना "देश से है प्यार तो हर पल ये कहना चाहिए,मैं रहु या न रहु भारत ये रहना चाहिए" असेंबली में लाजमी होना चाहिए।

My suggestion is that the data collected about public should be maintained in a very confidential manner. Because, it is happening regularly that while taking Aadhar card the members incharge for that work are not caring about the misleading of personal information. But it is such important as it involves fingerprints and other biometric data. The way you are doing the work is very important because it might lead to huge problems if not done properly. Try to take care of personal data of public

It has been more than 3years of implementation of GST,there are certain issues where need to resolved as:- i)Poor speed of Portal during last dates, ii)Revision option in monthly return(i.e. GSTR-3B) iii)For Non-payment of Tax by supplier,buyer should not punish. iv)Interest of Small Practitioners and Advocate should be consider. v)Stability in Act & Rules. vi)Officer should rate(1to5 Star) according to they respond the application filed by the taxpayers, vii)Control officer's bureaucracy

Sir I believe that the unnecessary amount of money with the BCCI should be checked by finance department and the money should be put in the development of rural -urban areas I believe throwing so much money just for the sake of a game I believe a soldier standing in the frontier doesn't get the same right ? And I am not asking to increase their wage infact I am asking to bring down the money spent and given to cricketers in our country and put for the vision of ATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT'S development

All Dept heads should ask for suggestions for/improvement / increasing productivity through mail to all the employees under him.Promotions / increments should be merit based.An organisation having 10 water coolers can switch off the compressor for some hrs during night in the winter season. The various central investigating agencies are working day and night 24 *7 in my state.They may be rewarded.From the number of Gold smuggling cases all passengers should be checked.No more VIP tags / planes.

I am submitting a concept paper on “Restructuring OFB for Indian Defence industries to emerge as global players “.The paper is based on my exposure to various defence industries in India and abroad and understanding of PPP Model while attending workshop at Arlington, USA.
