On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Sare govt organization se contract par jo kam ho raha hai use band karke regular staff se kam liya jai Ek organization se multi work karna chahia Kyo isase govt organization ke condition achi hogi Or jo bhi govt organization hai waha par vacancy se requirement ho na ki college placement se

All anti national activities are related for money. Many cyber crimes occur particular to across state or overseas border while police have arciac police laws and judicial law. Amazon fraud occured and I lost 35k. I went to cyber branch and they went by protocol and they traced and identified the account and send a block but the phones were still active 3-4 days after I registered the complaint. Certain crimes have to go upfront and do stinger and prevent them or catch them.

I was 1st v i p witness against INDIRA Gandhi for EMERGENCY excesses in Shaw commission.in 1978,I was called by CBI at Delhi. under MISA in Tihar, I met Surender Mohan, Vijay Kumar, Janata party leaders came to know about me being worst victim, I met all of them including George Fernandis. By knowing I was victimised, I was made 1st witness. after return of Indira ,CBI was made to investigate about me, they enquired in my native village. being from poor family we didn't have even own house.

Implement the 2 shift policy in government offices it will decrease the burden among employees and increase employment opportunities for younger generation by employing youth for second shift and the government work which is considered slow will be Fastrack. Development of our country will be Fastrack.

More ITI should be established and assurance of job above a limited salary for each type of job like painting,watchman,potter and other craftsman,maid,waiter,etc if they pass a given practical examination after training for 3 or 6 or 12 months for different courses. Which can be hired by the organizations or individuals from a website or app. I am working on this startup which would connect unskilled labour so if GOI could help for even equity then you are invited. email - akroy6455@gmail.com

Railway ko jald se jald chaalu kiya jaay, Aam aadmi jo roj apne parivar ka bharan poshan kane subah ghar se niklta hai, aur sham apne ghar jaldi pahuchta hai use Indian Railway ka bahut sahara hai , jo ki bahu dono se quarentine me pada hai- use chalu Karen.....

My service as trainee inspector was just 2 months but worked as peon/clerk. Emergency peak, false complaint on me by regional head, I was arrested under MISA for 6 months. in Thihar I met many Jonathan party top leaders, I told my fate to them. daily I saw horrible harassment of George Fernandez. I was terrified. 1977 after emergency lifted, I was released, transferred to my native. I was in terrific shock.Janata party came to power, in Shaw commission enquiry against Indira, was first witness.
