On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

It's my responsibilitiy to suggest my government to improvise the system's to make our country self dependent..... My suggestion is to make possible to study every indian students in a such a school like DAV, DPS, KV etc, primary level is very important to students, those who are belonging to farming family they not getting good education till today, that's why farmers are still in poor condition because of lack of knowledge.....

My first appointment and posting was to Delhi in march End of1976. April /MAY just 2 months, I was appointed as inspector, but was give the work of peon,clerk. C I O visited, i complained to him about my work nature. He blamed Regional head for it. my I'll fate started, it was EMERGENCY. That head had connection with top IAs, Lt.Gov. ministers, SANJAY GANDHI. boss gave complaint against on all those complained against him, he complained to IAS, we were Arested under MISA, kept in That for 6 M.

Thankyou for asking suggestions us. Digitised all the funds transfer to all the organisation and show each and every transaction that taken place every day to all the people of the country. Make transparency of all transactions by every rupee. Then public will also know that ever rupee is used in a proper way.

sections chief and IAS chief were in Hqrs. North, south, east west zonal offices, under each Zone regional offices.33years service I worked under 8 or 9 IAS CEO. he visits each month to regional office in some or other pretext, his flight, star hotel stay, all hospitality was taken care by regional head (free). based on Regional head recommendation promotions were given. my juniors got two promotions, I got one in after 27 years and transferred out of state being my fag end of service. no value

Accountability and repremand. Inki performance ki appraisal honi chahiye on a regular basis. Maybe feedback from citizens who availed service or interacted with any public servant. The citizens will give multiple choice feedback authenticated by registered mobile or email or adhaar. The points collected can be incentivised or negative points attract reprimand penalty. When we are penalised fir delay in filing docs then why not them for dereliction of duty?

1. The First and the foremost way of improving functioning in CGOs, is to appoint appropriate persons to appropriate posts. Many a times, it is seen that a person who is least interested in the functioning of the Department and who has no qualifications and experience in running a particular Department, is heading that Department. 2. The person in charge of a particular Department needs to be professionally evaluated, regularly, by an appropriate higher body, as to his/her performance.

Counseling, counseling and counseling. The department heads and then the lower rung needs to understand that it's the citizens money collected from taxes that pays their salaries and perks. They must contribute to the country's cause by being of service to the citizen and thereby the nation, then only they can sleep well. bohot zaroori hai ki har mahakme ke har karmchari apne ko raja nahin sevak samjhe tabhi woh seva kar payega

Hello, in CGO each and every departments need to improve bridge connection between people and related services thru different media. All contents, rules and policy should clearly mention on related department website. Here sometimes lots of gap create misunderstanding. E.g. RTO department should update all details of DL time to time. Specially there are no info for handicapped people.
