On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

I faced frequent transfers because of complaint on me to the higher authority. section head was making his own team of corrupt subordinates. they collected bribe and shared everyday. bribe money will reach to organisation head each month. he was listening to regional heads and as per their recommendation transfers takes place. who can't withstand transfer harassments will indulge in corruption since no other option. I suffered with 7 transfers in 33 years, finally I opted voluntary retirement.

Every activity, starts with the reference of people. An act will introduced to have recall and plebiscite , because the people are attracted to money , where as the real thing came to practice of the thing which mention of the manifesto are not going, so there will be recall to call back any employees or any political parties by the people, and good governance, as will as one party member may not transfer into another party it impulse the people that political parties play "poly-tricks

मैं आपको इस विषय में अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि ऑफिस में बैठे उच्च पदों पर आसीन अधिकारियों को जमीनी स्तर पर आकर आम आदमी से बात करनी चाहिए ताकि वह पता कर सकें कि वहां से जो भी सरकार द्वारा आम व्यक्तियों के लिए योजनाएं पारित की जा रही हैं उनका लाभ उन्हें मिल रहा है कि नहीं अब आप इसे ही देख लीजिए कोरोना की वजह से जैसे सरकार गरीबों को मुफ्त राशन दे रही है पर अधिकतर कोटेदार फ्री राशन के बदले आम जनता से मोटी रकम वसूलते हैं और उन्हें बताते हैं सरकार कोई फ्री राशन नहीं दे रही है और यह पैसा ऊपर तक जाता है.

1) train stuffs about computer and use of mobile. 2) keep central data of all department which should be available to all seniors of all departments with encryption. 3) showcase more about achievements in Social media. 4) make competition within department from various states, which states are giving more results, working more. Make index. Publish every six months. 5) reward any employee working overtime and giving more result. Motivate everyone to work more.

To avoid curuption please make every application should be stamped with invard date & time from that within 72 hrs officer should give list of papers should be attach or any complition required After that within 30 days answer the application or complete the requested work No more documents, evidance, or correction required after or one time list is given within 72 hrs if failed in this stupelited time officer should pay fine per day as his per day salary to applicant & double to the Government
