Staff management and work allotment should be strictly monitored by programmed system, which will be enabled with IFHRMS profile. If a staff fails in completing his allotment his salary will be dropped in waiting list. That will urge the staff immediate on task completion of his alloted files a day within time. Even game players follows strictly the sequence, why not the staff. They will do if the benefits like star rating for incentives or promotion or increments etc

In many govt. Office govt. Employees thinks that they are in very superior position and they do not give respect to common men. Govt. has to come up with the process like IT companies. Employees should be responsible for thier tasks. They should undergo soft skills trainings. And also software should be user friendly and it can easily accessible by employees and also can raise a complaint and get the feedback immediately. There should be SLA for a each work.

Transparency in the allotment of files per day to the staff and task completion should be by system programmed monitor should be brought in all the CGO. If in presence a day staff must be allotted equated tasks. Leaves should be governed strictly based on priority to the least leave taker or most illnes or unconditional nessaary. That should be done by system star rating of performance and punctuality.
