On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

I requesting government to strictly enforce EWS reservation in every state and provide benefits to everyone, who is eligible and onemore thing to be noted that to include the EWS students in Central Skill Programmes, because many student though they have knowledge, due to financial instability cannot spend money for coaching purpose, and my suggestion is to change the pattern of all union service recruitments and make flexible for every student by providing in regional languages

Setup and strenthen the Review and Monitoring Frame work alnog with the Key Performance Indicator KPIs of eech and every individual, also there is need setup more strong and advance level technology setup within the organization. Also there is need of setup ongoing capacity building programs within the organisation.

Work with conscience,even the machine does so the wonderful divine beings we need to be.little drops of water makes the mighty ocean,so does our act of honesty matters,may find in the short run disaster but in the long run u will hit the target, identify people through training and experience give them role in part time and promote,

1. Hire employees on contractual basis if they do good work then do permanent,people choose government jobs to do work less, 2.In government there is trend to work only in 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, remove this. 3. Motivation is given to encourage their work. 4. Monitoring performance of every employees whether contractual or permanent.

The CGO must go deep into the grass root level and resolve the problem. The superficial approach is not helping in getting any result. The poor men down the proverty line need to be raised. More effort are required in health and safety issues.Rape of minor is a result of very little access to.law in the lower society.Deep cleaning is required.

According to me.... Now a days we need to save our honest officer and employee from pressurize from courrpt system.... Need dep. For providing back up to them and work them honestly and properly..... Acb working for courrpt employee but now a days new Era of time to need boost up honest employee and give full back up to them, no one can harm them at any cost..... Thank you....

1) Co-ordinition is needed among all departments. 2) Modernization in all departments needed 3) Discipline , on time delivery , professionalism needed 4) Instruct all departments for automation. 5) Close all loss making PSUs without importance 6) More investment in R&D 7) Investment in sustainable development - Solar Power , Rain Water harvesting 8) Allow companies to tie with Amazon/Flipkart/TataCLIQ or Make own marketing platform 9) Allow more merger within same catagory/sectors.

simple basic 1) let all babus/judiciary say 5 times a day . thank you junta for paying our salary. & on oath we will not loot/cheat/torture rape you . let these vdos be shown as advt on ddnews/radio 2) penalize if job not done within specified time. benchmark with best industry practices. this rule need to be in framed in all . begin with supreme court 3) globe trotters niti aayog benchmark uk/usa/europe v/s Indian places service delivery on public domain 4) by when 1rule4all will work
