On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

1.As reminder to friends here we have " Intellectual property rights".Any one copying can not give right Suggestion, which are workable. -- 2.We need to acknowledge the right suggestions by way of letter - 3.Encourage small to very small machines development for road cleaning, digging, closed drainage clog removal etc. 4.Encourage Indigenous machines, small size for digging earth, plastering walls, mortar for walls mixing. 5.Encourage to develop flexible decking systems for making slabs.

In central government departments all the work is done on contract basis. The tender invited and work awarded to L1 lowest offer. Due to competition among contractors, the offer lowest possible rates to grab the work and quality is compromised. It is suggested to make rules to award work to L2 offerer. I.e second lowest one. Everyone will try to avoid become L1. So quality of work will not deteriorated to grab the work.

We need to think about building the future “now”. Our future is our children. We need to equip them with knowledge and make them experience the value of applying knowledge. We need to make governed grassroots (for every pin code) run by party members and volunteers. We need to have functional library at very pin code. We need to make them functional like our temples, with a committee similar to how our temples are functioning.

A large chunks of money is drained out because of inefficiency of clerical approaches towards delaying of payments to suppliers as a results these suppliers supply outdated equipments and machinery to govt. Organizations at just 2.5 to 4 times higher rates because they know that they will receive their payments of their supply after 6 to one year. These equipments and machnery hardly run for required perods and are auctioned if we put on stress on quality rather than minimum rates we can save.

We should think more possible ways for over coming unemployment issues that will indirectly lessen all other issues of India. I am a victim of covid scenario effect on hospitality industry . Now the number of unemployed has increased that it doesn't matter what is your highest qualification you are paid way too much less and that too undesirable job .

ನಮಸ್ತೆ ಸರ್, ನನ್ನ ಸಲಹೆ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಎಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಗಳಿಸಿವೆ, ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರ್ ಗಳು ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪದವಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವಧನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ, ನಂತರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪದವಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮೂಡುವುದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವೃತ್ತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತದೆ.
