On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Same to samy copying the original is different. Absurbing the others comment suggessions ideas and making it as own by writing drawing submitting with own writing here ideas is others but stwaling otger's ideas and making it as own is different. Copy paste is different. Seeing oneS writung and same to same write and making some modification is different. Tgese all should be identified analysised make app for this is callled TRUE PROOF. My ideas this is. Not others

Respected sir, Please reform medical filled like THO, DHO, that's completed mbbs degree and pg but not in use for paitent, that's work is totally hopeless plz this dr to use for paitent not to work for office, Every medical graduate to common pg entrance for pg course like mbbs, bams & bhms. Goverment gives 2 yrs course for bams dr to use this dr to join goverment job to do the gynac, surgery, ortho, medicine etc, plain mbbs not in use for gov sector. Thats work is not as good.

File tracking system - From entry of a file into system to it's movement from point A TO Z, every stage/ level must be bifurcated and provided with dates, officials name, comments etc. There has to be a turn around time at every stage or level. Anonymous corruption complaint system (ACCS) - Any cases of corruption to be brought in the knowledge of the Govt., while the identity of the complainant ill remain anonymous even for the system. Any complaints received to be secretly worked Upon.

प्रशासनिक सुधारों में मानवीय संवेदनाओं का सम्मान आधार स्तंभ होना चाहिए किंतु दुर्भाग्य से कार्मिक प्रशिक्षण के कार्यक्रमों में मानवीय चेतना को जागृत करने के विषय प्रायः नहीं होते हैं। उपभोक्तावादी संस्कृति ने भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ाया है तथा कार्मिकों को संवेदना का हृास किया है, स्थिति से निपटने के लिए कार्मिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में मानवीय चेतना को जागृत कर उच्च नैतिक गुणों का समावेश करने के लिए पुरातन भारतीय संस्कृति पर आधारित मानवीय गुणों को बढ़ावा देने वाले प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम विकसित करने चाहिए।
