On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

hmesha active rhega jab government ka har department jo electricity ho ya municipal corporation ,health organisation telecom ya dusre department, kisi mein job parmanent nhi hogi , yeh experiment good governance ke liye ek yaadgaar aursarahniye kadam hoga.Har employee ko grade mile ,un par ek checkout ho ki koun si file kab aayi aur kab niptara kia gya ,isi base par promotion ya demotion hogi . 3 demotions ke baad job terminate bhi ki ja sakegi tab desh mein kaam ki raftaar bdegi .

मान्यवर प्रशासनिक जबाब देही ही सबसे बड़ी जबाब जनता के नजर में होती है बहुत बार आवाज उठती है तमाम गड़ बड़ीयों की उसकी जिम्मेदारी सरकार नही प्रशासन की होती है और ईसके प्रमुख कारण है पहले की सरकारों के गाईड लाईन भ्रष्टता का साथ देना जो लोग सरकार के दबाव में काम करने चाहिये वो कहते है ये नही तो वो सरकार सरकार तो आती जाती रहेगी पुर्वर्ती सरकार ने कानुन का सपोट हि गलत अधिकारीयों के बचाव के लिये बनाया बड़े बड़े आरोपों से घिरे अधिकारी उसी तरह कार्यरत है क्या यह सपोट नहीं है संगठन है गलती करने वालों का

Government organisation mein agar job profile private sector jaisa hoga to desh jyada tarrakki krega ,private sector mein job jane ka darr employee ko 24 by 7 active rakhta hai ,insentive ka lalach unko kaam karne ki prerna bhi deta hai parntu sarkari noukri mein job na jane ka darr emplyee ki capacity ko kamm karta hai ,Givernment job ka koi bhi post job profile ho uske rules private companies jaise hi ho ,job parmanent nhi hogi ,achhe kaam ke liye tarrakki aur insentives milenge to pura tantra

Identify the right resource for every requirement. Allow all type of human resource to perform at par for the position. Gradually, restrict reservation for entry level, remaining service period improvement or increment shall be based on performance and/or suitability. To acquire 5 Trillion USD economy sooner or later, above is basic need. In Defense services caste reservation will not work, India's prosperity is solely dependent on good performance at every sphere. Bharath Mahaan-Everyone count.

congratulations for BIHAR WIN.. Election is over.Now you must know that social gathering done in ralley and many company/school started gathering. Also weddings are planned. but carona virus will be blast like a bomb in bihar.There is need of 50℅lockdown methods for 21days to controll over the spreading of carona virus in BIHAR. I don't know how government will make alert but for human society.. Government must do something.
