आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री Narendra Modi जी, मेरा नाम सुनीलकुमार है, मैं कोचीन, केरल का निवासी हूं। मैं अपने 10 वर्षीय बेटे दक्षित की प्रेरणादायक कहानी साझा करना चाहता हूं। दक्षित ने inline Slalom Skating करते हुवे फरवरी 2026 में इंडिया बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स में स्केट के पहले पाइए को इस्तमाल करके (Zig - Zag )करते हुवे 40 कोन्स (50 सेमी दूरी) मात्र 24 सेकंड में पार कर रिकॉर्ड बनाया। इसके साथ ही 2025 में Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI) प्रतियोगिता में स्वर्ण पदक जीतकर वह केरल का पहला बालक बना। दक्षित ने खुद इस स्पोर्ट्स को चुना,वह हर सप्ताह 62 km यात्रा करके इस अभ्यास को सिकने केलिये जाता है, और रोज़ सुबह 5 बजे उठकर मेहनत करता है। उसका सपना है देश के लिए ओलंपिक्स और एशियन गेम्स में खेलना,साथ ही वर्ल्ड बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स में अपना नाम दर्ज करना | दक्षित चाहता है कि वो दूसरोंको एक प्रचोदन बने और भी बच्चे इस स्पोर्ट्स को चुने| “मन की बात” के माध्यम से वह आपका आशीर्वाद चाहता है। एक पिता का हैसियत से मैं भी ये चाहता हूं | जय हिंद सुनीलकुमार 934936060

Respected PM Sir, Recently we have seen couple of States are going for Election and the teachers or clerical cadre bear the brunt of completing tasks which need special grooming and its having a toll on their mental and physical health .I have seen the similiar trend in New Labour Code introduction .These two are most significant cases where we are so far not utilising the available talent in hand .I suggest the available talent pool from 4th year of National Law School and last 3 months as special projects in I.I.Ms alongwith by redesigning the IAS probationers Induction pattern by allotting services which actually helps in optimal utilization of merit witth practical exposure helping the Society where it needs .Suitable workshop by LBSNA and retired Judges may train and utilize which shall be mutually beneficial . Years when no mega event is there , their Project should religiously be into financial literacy for self help group and understanding the obstacles of startups .

Honourable and highly respectable my dear Prime Minister Narendra Modi Sir, I feel honoured to submit a water Scaricity removal proposal for RainWater Harvesting, without disturbing any surface flow, but recharging the ground water, making its availability in its catchment areas. Very simple, in watercourses as rivers, nalaas, fields, wherever available, to excavate trenches up to likely impervious strata meet, provide a curtain either thin concrete wall or simply putting polythene sheet to stop subsurface flow, and refilling the trenches. Due to this cutoff trench curtain, the stopped subsurface flow will be reversed in its catchment and thus groundwater level will be increased year by year.
