Dear sir As I am a working women but still I feel that I can do more and much better by creating awareness amongst women related to their daily life and educate them as and when needed in certain issues but the hurdle is we didn’t find the way to do it . Like me there are many working women who wants to do work like this where women is involved . One more thing I want to share with you sir when I was travelling from Aurangabad to Pune I have seen one highway lights pattern while reaching the wagholi area where the lights pole having our tricolour which is looking very great ,so why don’t we make it for all highway same or we can make it compulsory . We need to change the education system where the school is constantly looking for Engineers & Doctors . India has the highest youth suicidal rate with educated people committing suicide. There is a race to secure Mark's and seat in the top engineering college not for the sake of students interest but for the parents ego satisfaction or fulfilling parents dream to achieve so...or parents last wish to update their status showing their son or daughter securing first rank or seat .....do what makes your child happy and teach him sustainability. Teach him to accept failure and criticism. Society needs to be re imagined and recreated where students are not spending 25 yrs in studying.... we learn by working. Practical knowledge
