सन्माननिय मोदीजी , नमस्कार ,🙏 भाग दोन -19/09/2022 वरून पुढे याबरोबरच रस्त्यावर पाणी तुंबून राहू नये म्हणजेच साठून राहू नये यासाठी दर दोन ते तीन फूट अंतरावर पाणी जमिनीत मुरेल यासाठी दिड ते दोन इंच व्यासाचे जमिनीत खोलवर RCC काँक्रीटच्या खाली पोहोचतील इतक्या लांबीचे दिड ते दोन इंच व्यासाचे पाईप टाकावेत म्हणजे त्यातून पाणी खाली जमिनीत जाऊ शकेल किंवा अशा ठराविक अंतरावर नुसती भोकं होल्स ठेवणे, मध्यातून उताराप्रमाणे दोन्ही बाजूस छोट्या छोट्या U टाईप झरी किंवा अगदी बारीकशा U टाईप पन्हळी सारखी व्यवस्था करणे म्हणजे पाणी मध्यातून बाजूला निघून जाऊ शकेल, गरजे प्रमाणे फ्लायओव्हर, फूट ओव्हर, रोड ओव्हर, बायपास यांचाही विचार व्हावा, यासह सर्वात महत्वाचं म्हणजे प्रत्येक वाहनासाठी सुरक्षित प्रवास होईल यादृष्टीनं वेग मर्यादा ठरवून वेग रोधक म्हणजेच स्पीड गव्हर्नर असावा, गरजे प्रमाणे सेफ्टी एअर बॅग्स असाव्यात, प्रत्येक वाहन चालकाने नियमाप्रमाणेच वाहन चालवावे बेदरकारपणे उगाचंच जलद गतीनं वाहन चालवू नये, उर्वरित पुढिल भागात -

Sir, you are doing a lot of things for the development of our nation. Being a student, I would request you to launch more science related programmes and give some speeches for the encouragement of the students towards science. I want to be an astronomer so your blessing is highly required. I would request you to build highly developed science laboratories in west bengal as we see in Japan. We are proud of you sir. And please build laboratories where every interested student in science would get entry freely because still there are many youths in our country who hold the true merit to be a scientist but they can not progress for their backward economy. Sir Ji, Modi Govt. is 100% Transparent and honest. But being paid Govt servant under GoI, Ms. J. Charukesi, Chief PMG, WB Circle, Ms. Sikha Mathur Kumar, GM(PAF), Kolkata (Pension Sanctioning Auhority) and Ms. S.S. Kujur, PMG, SB Region (Head of Office) are blatant Rule- violators, dishonest. I am 100% innocent but being competent authorities they did not pay my pension since July 2017 deliberately violating CCS(Pension) Rules, CCS(CCA) Rules, Lawful Direction of Higher Authorities and Indian Constitution. But we have intangible cultural heritages like Puspakviman , perpetual motion machines . Our knowledge on Perpetual motion machines are worthyer than world knowledges that is why world has Indo Persian perpetual motion machines like Indo Arabic numbers . world recognised Indian number zero and Mathematics is the queen of all sciences but world and UNESCO not recognised Indian perpetual motion machines or Indian physics ,the king of all sciences .
