Currently because of Corona, there are not much Tourist activities in the tourist places. Many engineering universities have collected fee advances from candidates on admission. They are using UGC notified date of 1st September to define their refund polices and there-by exploiting parents to obtain money during refund. However, Many universities have not even completed admission formalities (JEE), resulting in confusion on admissions. Please ask UGC to seriously evaluate and notify a FIRM date of start for ON-LINE and PHYSICAL classes for 1st year entrants.
