This way we would solve two problems, one that of sewerage problem polluting water bodies like lakes and the oceans and the other of water for irrigation. It is been said by water experts that it is cheaper to treat sewerage water than ocean water. The sewerage treatment may be done using solar energy.

Pl find out another alternative method for pricing. A poor man and rich man pays the same price. Introduce subsidy for eligible customers for a fixed quantity through petro cards per month. It may be based on the CC of the vehicle or income of the customer or for public vehicles
