With 1st phase from age 3 to 8 (5+3+3+4), policy has not come out how existing "Integrated Child Development Scheme(ICDS) will merge in new policy. I suspect aim of phase I is to control KG-I/II fees which is necessity now. It is also necessary to cover atleast 70% students under vocational training. Dear Prime Minister, I have a proposal for Central Govt Tax-Subsidy component like HRA (House rental Allowances) for employees who are living within 5km (any value) distance from the work location. Alternatively, this could be implemented through corporate companies paying fringe benefit to employees who are living within 5km distance from the work location, and companies can claim their contribution towards greener city and tax-exemption from Govt . Sir/Mam, I saw this news first thing in the morning and as much as i was happy to see that NASA is taking such a great step it also made me sad that India who did not only made world records on so many levels from launching 103 satellites to develop a mission less than Hollywood movie's budget, still its NASA who announced first woman to send on moon & not ISRO. Why can't India be the first one to show that we are nowhere less than NASA by doing the se thing but before 2024.
