For this kindly merge PMKISAN with PMFBY and Farmers can chose either any one as per their choise. This is Win Win Plan for Govts and Farmers. By this 20% Incentive, as base claim shared 50% +50%) by GOI and State, Agriculture Production increase many fold to assure Food Security and ensure livelihood Security of Farmers. GOI can manage wth the Budget of Rs 1.30 lkah crore (PMKISAN + PMFBY Total ). The 5 years data of PMFBY reveals the fact that mere 28% famers got claims and 72% Farmers got Zero Claim. If a Common Man can pay toll, why can't my PM n CJI, MPs n MLAs? Do they all earn so less that they can't pay toll or its "Privilege or say Entitlement"? If Red Bacon was removed, why not this? It will encourage payments of toll by Politicians.
