Sir,BEL management has decided for permanent post recruitment, fixed term, contract engineer & project engineer experience will not be considered for permanent post. As per office order para-5.3(15.18), indicating as a outside talent for enhancing organisation performance. We have given to much application through proper channel, RTI, President and PM grievances. There are no federal laws that prohibits online betting in India. A few states have made recently explicit laws against online betting. Ancient regulations like the Public Gambling Act of 1867 are still in place. however there are not any cases on record of Indian players being prosecuted for online betting.Tamil Nadu has banned online gambling after state governor RN Ravi gave his assent to the Bill. So many youngsters are doing suicides due to online betting as they are losing huge amount of money. So many suicides are not reported till now. Though online gambling is a state subject central government should take necessary steps. One person in hyderabad lost 37 lakhs due to online betting. So government should frame laws.

Sir, Respectfully , I would like to address the issue of emerging influence of religion in Indian politics. Being a Hindu majority country does implies the Hindu nation.For the vote bank politics, leaders are using it as an instrument to hold power but it is not worthy for non-hindus .Measures like reducing the particular topics from the curriculum, making movies supporting/criticising particular community, veneration of God belong to particular religion ,alloting tickets to specific religion etc. are very much threatening for the very purpose of democracy i.e. Secularism. (State shall not recognise/promote any religion). As a Person leaders have than own beliefs towards their religion but being the reprentative of citizens is above one's own beliefs .A person after becoming the part of administration should not pursue its beliefs in duty.
