In all our International Airports arrange biometric data collection for Indian passport holders who going out and in our country (even work or visits). So government can get exact figures and details of our citizens who worked outside country and also issue National ID card. Later this information can add/edit through governments offices/banks/embassies etc.

Suggestion continued 4)Introduce a status tracking system and assign a case number for each request. 5)Introduce a web based case request system to assign case# before submitting application through mail (volume can be anticipated through this) 6) standard instruction from the site is sent as a response without realizing ambiguity of instruction created the question in the first place. Make these real Q&A visible through website. Brings accountability and visibility of a job properly done

Each consulate website is probably managed independently with conflicting information for the same service. Suggestions for improvement 1) Create a single website with links to specific consulates for specific instructions 2) Use simple and easy to understand common man's language for instructions than using a legal language that confuses lay man Provide a responsive service. There is currently no accountability and no one responds to a direct question. No one picks up the help line many time

1 day passport service: Right now we are not ablt to achieve this because the verification initiated by indian consulate to regional passport office takes 7 days. If we can cut that time down by having a secured database hosted in India which can be accessed securely than passport can be issued right there.

Online passport renewal service must be started . Once a passport is created must be not renewed again . When a epidemic starts in the world , the country where it is ,citizens of those countries must be restricted temporarily . In India the number of passport offices must be increased which gives employment to many . The renewal system must be changed , like if a person wants to renew his passport he online has to only add his changed information . Verification must be done by video chatting.

By introducing a provision of multiple citizenship (constitutional amendment) in India, will help to reduce (or eliminate) restrictions and red tape issues which are inherited with NRI status. The citizenship provision will also make investments or contributions in nation building by fellow Indians abroad a simple task. This provision will also push/encourages government machinery for effective foreign policies and productive treaties (taxation, government benefits etc.) with other nations.
