Government should invest on promotion & research of Organic Farming, there are real life examples where Farmers are getting more yield with less investment by using Organic Farming, even US is heavily investing on it. Govt can cut down subsidy on fertilizers and divert those funds for Organic Farming. Govt can appoint trained young enthusiast in every village/block who can collaborate with Agri-scientists & Farmers and tell Farmers about all advantages and best practices used in Organic Farming.

To boost agriculture give priority on growing Fruits,Vegetables,and aim of Removing artificial Fertilizers. Encourage Bio Fertilizers. Make a Grid of Seeds,Products produced in the agriculture industry.Encourage building more successful Diary farming like Amul

6) We will not compromise our farmer on WTO and UN climate change treaties. 7)We need to create awareness with young people about farming business and offer them free training.many youngster thinks working in field lower grade profession . 8) we need create more varsity for agriculture studies and research. If we implement and follow above ideas ,we can able to create "green revolution " ,jobs,future food production .

3)we need to stop free bees like current work program's .now we need to encourage and offering some kind of free voucher to our farmers to make more production in farming . 4)our banks must give some credit facility to farmers and good insurance policy to protect their income and feel secured in their jobs. 5)creating open ,transparent ,market system to fix the price of their products. We need to reduce the supply chain length in order to increase their profit margin.

near of my village a company has greenhouse where he is croping tomatoes, gharkin, lauki and various vegetables which he import to honey money top and other stores if we introduce this in village fields than it impact will be like this for making more profit, more care and for more care more people means more job

small industry has not basic facility like if there is a need of burrow than they work on the hands of the labourers so how days they will work in chemical factories there are not proper dress with masks etc, then labourer think that i will work anywhere and this factory close although labourer could work but

in industries now every company has contractors and fix a target of work in the day the contractor done this work by the help of labourers but these are not sufficient and contractor make overtime by them if they do not then loss of the job this thing is decreasing job because how are required but some are working it then the labourer think that i will not job i will do something hand work of own like deriving etc so job number is growing less

Before this century If we don't find alternative and balanced food or forecast our future demand many people end up hungry because this industry always have huge demand and potential job creation for future.some ideas to increase agri production. 1) we need to start our own research to find about GM variety to maximise our production. 2)Some of the land are not utilised 100% because of water shortage so we need to start link planning river linking projects .

in agriculture now we take two crops by the help of labourers without proper information if the companies provide help them and encourage them for crops like rose, vegetable, jatrofa(ratanjot) etc these crops will take more labour and more jobs

contractorship should be removed because they do not pay full wages which is approved by govt and most people do not work
