India’s tradition in education was ‘Gurukul System’.No discrimination was made between the students and every student was required to do some work.Krisna,Sudama, Pendya learned together though they had different abilities, capacities and strengths for learning. This was the INDIAN approach towards education. With this object in mind we introduced a concept of running a centre under the roof of the school itself for special children who need support. We wish to submit our method with this.

Some schools accept children with special needs for lower classes, but as these children get promoted to higher classes, teachers feel that they are the burden in the class. Children often feel neglected and marginalised by teachers. Such practices have to be curbed by sensitising teachers, principals and making sure that rules and laws are clearly spelled out to them and implemented at all costs.

In india, we need disability certificates for proving our disability in almost all fields of our life. And, many a times, these disability certificates issued by a medical institute of some city are not accepted in other parts of country. So, a national level uniform Id-card system for disables should be started. Government plans will also reach to disables directly.
