Bilaspur Smart City Talk

As per the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Urban Development for smart city challenge, the third Stakeholder/Citizen consultation meeting is being organized by Bilaspur Municipal Corporation on 1/11/2015. The meeting will start at 4:00pm at Lal Bahadur Shastri School, Dikshit Sabha Bhavan.

Discussion on the options of Pan city and Area Development projects will be carried out during the talk show.

The meeting will be headed by Member of Parliament (C.G.) Mr. Lakhan Lal Sahu, in the presence of Mayor Bilaspur Mr. Kishor Rai, Municipal Commissioner Mrs. Ranu Sahu. Members of Laghu Udyog Sangh, Merchant Association, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Lions Club will also be present in the talk show.

my personal view to make more participation of citizens as well students in cultural and sports activity that government should open on sport center for each and every sports that will provide training at low cost so that will encourage more people and also encourage Local Artists of Drama, Music, Vocal, Folk, traditional Dance rather than Western Culture.

HEALTH AND FITNESS CREATE BY INVOLVING THROUGH SPORTS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES.SO Bilaspur MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FACILITED VARIOUS ART AND CULTURE ACTIVITY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. ALSO SMC PROMOTE LOCAL ARTIST,TRADITIONAL DANCE GROUP SO THAT IN GLOBLISATION Bilaspur CAN BRANDING ITS CULTURAL ACTIVITY.

A separate building for fruits and vegetable vendors, on rental. No street side selling should be allowed.

अकाल की वजहसे तूर दाले और प्याजकी फसल कम आयी है . इसलिये इन चिजोंकी आयात करनी पडती है . और अपना बहुमूल्य विदेशी पुंजीका व्यय होता है. इसलिये ऐसा आवाहन किजीये की जबतक पर्याप्त मात्रामे अपने यहां उपज नही होती है तबतक या तो तूर दाल और प्याज वर्ज्य करे या कम खाए

If Bilaspur is chosen in the Top 20, then by when will we start seeing the changes in the City? By when will the projects start implementation?

meri advice ye h ki Bilaspur city me metro bus or emergency vehicles k liye rode par alag lane banana chahiye jisse ye bina traffic k emergency vehicles or metro city me run kar sakengi. or in lane me metro bus stop banana chahiye jinme metro se related jankari avelible ho... or in lane me kisi anya vehicles ki entry restricted ho..

Sir, after becoming smart city, bilaspur will become over crowded, then how will you manage water & sanitation problem, at current scenario people not able to get hygienic drinking water, at railway station u are planing to provide free wifi instead of free & hygienic drinking water, even in many colonies citizens have to call private tankers during whole year then what about natural resource management (Specially water)?

public awareness programs and engaging Architecture or planning students in surveys or as part of their academics will help in getting better ideas
