Suggestion on covid eradication: I would like to give a suggestion that the entire country should be locked down again for a stint of 15 days but, before doing so, the government should give 4-5 days (or whatever seems appropriate) time to let people prepare for it by gathering all the necessary things. Only hospitals and medical stores( incase of unavoidable emergency) should be permitted to operate and nothing else. If anyone visible on road unreasonably shall be jailed with huge penalty.

It is regarding Form 15H, for all senior citizens. 15H is to save TDS on Bank Interests. Every year a retired citizen, mostly dependent on 'interest income', has to go to his/her bank, stand in a queue and submit the form. During the year, if there is a new FD, an additional 15H is required. The exercise has to be repeated for accounts in multiple banks. Why can't the Form be downloaded, filled up on-line and submitted after e-verification, just like the Income-tax return forms.
