श्रीमान, एक संदेश उन अभिभावकों को भी दे दें जो मानक के अनुरूप न होने वाले प्राइवेट वैन और ई-रिक्शा में बच्चों को भूसे की तरह भरकर भेजते हैं और अनहोनी हो जाने पर सारा दोष स्कूल प्रशासन और सरकार पर लगा कर उग्र हो जाते हैं।इसी तरह छोटे बच्चों को स्कूटी व बाइक खुद खरीद कर देने के बावजूद जब वह 3या कभी4 बच्चों को बिठा कर बिना हेलमेट लगाये पकड़ें जाते हैं या कभी दुर्घटना हो जाने पर सारा दोष प्रशासन पर डाल कर सड़क जाम, धरना, प्रदर्शन करके उन बच्चों के मन में कानून तोड़ने की भावना का बीज बो देते हैं।

PM sir we spend huge money on flood relief & damage control after heavy floods every year and also in summer problems of water shortage these problems can be overcome up to maximum extent if we make rivers deep and slso connect in that way the flooded water available throughout country throughout year and also make huge water reservoir where is water scarcity. We can use labor available in manerga this way we can achieve targets in 4-5 years and will get rid of above problems forevr.

If you truly want administration to improve termination from service with all assets seized within the family if found guilty should be applicable, suspension doesn't deter any officer now.

Mr. Prime minister as we currently facing problem of absence of MPs in parliament, you also talked about absence of MPs in parliament. I am suggesting that there should be a rule of minimum attendance(for ex 75%) for MPs like educational institutes so that they will remain presen in parliament. If this attendance criteria is not fulfilled then there should be fine or something else. So if everyone attend in most session the parliament will work more effectively and efficiently.
