Traffic Police - Penalizing offenders: Our traffic police force should focus on penalizing traffic offenders like Driving on the wrong side, Violating traffic signals, Road rage, etc. It will help making our roads a safer place and this should be enforced even on small internal roads. But, sadly I've seen our officers more interested in penalizing riders and drivers who are missing some original documents, which I must say is an easy catch.

Suggestion for Traffic Police: 1. A percentage (30 to 50%) of the traffic police fines collected must go to our traffic police officers as a bonus which is given as payout every quarter. This will motivate our force to police force to act against offenders. It will lower corruption. 2. There should be a minimum set of rules that apply to any road that does not have any signage, etc. and this should be shown on TVs. Example: The max speed on a road where there is no sign should be 30.

Prime minister should talk about condition of health and education in India in light of recent incident of Gorkhpur. Low investment poor services in govt hospitals and costly services in private hospitals. Also disparity in education sector like rich are in costly schools and poors are in cheap low quaity govt. schools. Such things actually widening the gap in society and no one is addressing them. PM should also talk about permanent solution rather than quick fix solutions for both the sectors

Dear PM Modi, Please provide better amenities and better office space to our police officers at police stations. Providing a better work environment will help them be more productive. Police stations need to be a more friendly place for the police force as well as its citizens. For Example, The Wakad police station in Pune, which is under the Hinjewadi bridge needs a serious upgrade and attention. It needs parking facilities and should be made citizen friendly (including children).
