Train accidents like in UP recently can be averted by simple low cost system. When an engineer / incharge goes for a repair, then he is suppose to open an app from his mobile. Then that app will link with the main rail server, where Rail engine drivers app will also be linked. By this train driver will be notified when any work is going on in next 5 kms. The above is low cost solution. If govt can invest, then the engine should communicate with server and slow down / apply breaks automatically.

Infact, villagers can make in such a way that it can be used as floating hotels during floods (static water / stagnant water) with not much cost. Abroad people pay huge sum to stay in such place. if this happens in India after huge promotion, then Villagers will earn money during floods too.
