Sir, More than 400 entrepreneurs had applied for grant under CEFPPC of PMKSY as per guidelines of MOFPI dt: 11/07/17. But all of a sudden MOFPI vide its cirluar dt: 22/09/17, modified the said scheme to benefit Mega Food Park Owners. Sir what was the fault of those entrepreneurs who had relied on MOFPI & had timely applied as per detailed guidelines of the scheme dt: 11/07/17?
