Sir I just wanted to draw your attention towards behaviour of our Indian police officers . Usually when I was kid I used to frightened whenever I see any police officer.Sir this has to be changed .Why can't they be like our friends.Today itself many people drop the idea of complaining files in the police station as only because they think then they will have to go their daily. Hello Sir, I want to suggest that we celebrate festivals like Diwali on a grand scale as done during New Years in other countries. Why can't we have grand fireworks organized by governments in places like Hampi, Ajanta caves, Rameswaram and Ayodhya. This would act as a tourism boost. Hon'ble Prime Minister, I am of the opinion that the policy of secondment or deputation should be completely abandoned by the government departments as people get selected, appointed at one department and then leave that department for another department on deputation thus creating vacancy at original position for which they were selected. Take example of judicial officers. When they go for deputation, vacancy is created at trial courts which is not filled and cases are delayed therefore.
