Judiciary... The centre chair that is now occupied by the judge in the courtrooms should be where the Constitution should be seated.. the Judges should be seated a little lower and to a side of the Constitution... the judges should be the protectors of the constitution.... they by themselves do not have any power.... This set up will show the Supremacy of the Constitution rather than the Supremacy of the Judge as a person...

Judiciary.... The judges should take oath everyday in the courtroom before the proceedings commence... Also, national anthem should be played in every courtroom in the morning after the arrival of the Judge and before the commencement of the proceedings

Looking toward justice with in one year at every court.It is now my objective to high light and fight this malaise. Even then it will take 5 years for final justice till Supreme Court. I am attending a land revenue court case for last 13 years which started with my father and at this pace my son will see it. Our judiciary is pathetically inefficient, slow, insensitive. Break their slumber please. I am willing to discus and be part of any NGO/team to work constructively on this subject.
