It is a religious duty to be performed by muslim..In India,we could able to see a little portion of the muslim population is not as wealthiest,to perform this religious duty..If necessary,we do have to conduct a survey to know the opinion of muslims in general to understand how they felt when the decision to stop the subsidy is made and then accordingly to move with the decision !

sir, one of my friend from america,just visited india specially to make his aadhar card but his DATE OF BIRTH(DOB) has been entered wrong. now he wants to update his dob . i have talked to aadhar center they are saying that he has to visit personally to aadhar center to update his DO. only updating HIS DOB he SHOULD come india. why not make facility indian embassy where they can update their aadhar card
