Govt should immediately remove the gray area for calculating Capital Gain of Under construction property
Law needs more clarity, when there has been a difference of opinion most times, leading to different court judgments in different court cases, for same law
In any law, when courts give different opinion for same law, then that's the time Law should be simplified by Govt
Why not Govt say in simple terms, mainly when RERA is there in many states
1) Registration date should be considered or if RERA is not there in any state, then Allotment date should be considered for Capital Gain
2) If one doesn't register (mainly under construction flats), then it might be probably a black to white deal
3) This will encourage buyers to register earlier asap
4) IT officers will be revealed from many court cases & it will save time & money for all related parties
5) Clarity may even encourage investors who have money to invest
6) It will also help to achieve Housing for all
