12. As 9 years of digital India or New initiatives in the last 9 years , the change is tremendous and command able. We have to remind people like how electrification, jal jeevan mission , gas connections, swachch Bharath abhyan are helping. Due to digital India we have achieved progress ie 47 years early. This is really great. We have to keep the momentum and similarly we have to create great leaders also for future also. Positive approach, what we have in our country we have to take it. Like vocal for local, make in India, ODOP, OSOO like that. The person or the leader who understands India should understand our roots as well. Then only we can build better nation. In Amrith kaal time people or citizen also has to understand their duties and so that we can give good better future or nation to our children or grand children, our people.

The proposal to appoint one government lawyer per ward to protect against illegal activity & file FIRs if needed is a commendable one. It would help to ensure that all citizens have equal access to legal representation and that illegal activities are effectively addressed. Here are some of the benefits of this proposal: • It would make it easier for citizens to report illegal activity and seek legal redress. • It would help to deter illegal activity, as perpetrators would know that there is a greater likelihood of them being caught & prosecuted. • It would help to protect state & national property, as the government lawyers would be able to take swift action against any illegal encroachment or damage. • It would help to ensure that all citizens are treated equally under the law, regardless of their social or economic status. To ensure the effectiveness of this proposal, it is important to develop clear guidelines for the government lawyers.

Commercial buildings using domestic gas cylinders I agree that it is a problem that some commercial buildings are using domestic gas cylinders, which is an offence. This is a safety hazard, as domestic gas cylinders are not designed to withstand the high temperatures & pressures of commercial use. Additionally, using domestic gas cylinders in commercial buildings is illegal and can result in fines or other penalties. I think that the government should take steps to address this problem. For example, the government could increase inspections of commercial buildings to ensure that they are using the correct type of gas cylinders. The government could also impose harsher penalties for businesses that are caught using domestic gas cylinders illegally. I also think that it is important to raise awareness of this issue among business owners and the public. Many people may not be aware that using domestic gas cylinders in commercial buildings is dangerous & illegal. I think that the gover

Set up special courts to deal with cases involving super senior citizens above 80 years must get priority and early hearing of court cases. This is because they are more vulnerable and have less time to wait for justice. There are a few reasons why this is important: • Super senior citizens are more likely to have health problems, which can make it difficult for them to attend court hearings. • They may also have difficulty understanding the legal process and representing themselves in court. • The longer a case takes to be resolved, the more likely it is that the super senior citizen will pass away before they see justice. Here are some suggestions for how to ensure that super senior citizens get priority and early hearing of court cases: • Amend the law to make it mandatory for courts to give priority to cases involving super senior citizens above 80 years • Set up special courts to deal with cases involving super senior citizens.

Dear Prime Minister Sir Apart from the overall development of the country an individual income taxpayer is not getting any other benefit of paying the Income tax. In order to increase the interest in taxpayers why cannot the government introduce an insurance policy of Lifetime cover to taxpayers. For example, an individual who is at 30% slab rate of tax should get a lifetime cover of at least One Crore. At 20% slab it can be of 50 lacs & 5% slab it can be of 25 Lacs. As per the concept of insurable interest if the user is not fitting in slab for next two years, then the insurance can be reduced to the next slab accordingly. By doing this, I feel there will be: 1. Increase in taxpayers. 2. Security for family. 3. Inclusive Approach, where a person feels, his contribution is respected and in-turn the govt is taking care of him/her and family.

We see many of the industrial units which gets closed over a period. For Example, A place called Shahabad which is near to my hometown Kalaburagi (State: Karnataka) had an industrial unit of Alstom . Now, due to no business, this industrial unit has been shutdown. Now my suggestion is why the government cannot interfere in utilising the infrastructure developed by this industrial unit for setting up other industrial units for other companies? if we do so, • The cost of setting up any new industrial unit will be reduced. If you take an example of the above place Shahabad. There is an infrastructure of 300 houses, a School, water & sewage setup as well. Any industrial unit which can utilise this infrastructure which is idol for now can be benefitted with much cost saving of developing the new infrastructure. *further details are in the attachment.*
