Military service is mandatory for citizens and permanent residents in few countries and this is enlisted under National Service.  Can a framework be designed similar to this to create a pool of citizens with skills from various domains who can become Contributors to Viksit Bharath.

Like the successful Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, I am writing to request the Prime Minister to develop a similar challenge for addressing the problem of transit mobility and accessibility within the cities through the Pradhan Mantri Regional Accessibility Mission (PM-RAM). It would evaluate and enhance urban and regional transit systems across India, ensuring sustainable, accessible, and efficient public transport for all citizens. I have attached the Framework for Urban Transit Assessment through the Pradhan Mantri-Regional Accessibility Mission (PM-RAM).

In India, properties are being purchased by the people through the concerned State Registered Department and as such total value of registered properties may be found out. In addition to that other consumable goods are being purchased after paying GST and as such total value of consumable goods by the people may also be found out. Besides various taxes (property tax, tax on petrol etc etc) are being paid by the people and as such total valule of these items may also be found out. By adding these three items , total amount earned by the people may be found out. From these fugures, we may compare the total income reported to the Income Tax Department and thereby lapses about non-reporting of income with IT Department may be found out.
