Sir, Off late,in public disorder,minors' participation is on rise,causing very serious law&order issue.Sometimes gravity of such crimes enacted by though misguided minors but,@behest of their Masterminds don't get exposed.Will our BNS find an effective solution pl? Many a times protection given to minors get exploited by unscrupulous mindset ,who wants to destabilize social fabrics too, use their army of brainwashed minors,knowing fully well that even if caught & proved guilty ,they will get a minimum punishment. Can a law be made to incorporate a clause stating "If any act by minor is otherwise punishable as a crime, then such minors will be given the same punishment as applicable for such offenses committed by any adult person." Hope, our Govt will consider it, and take a balanced decision so to mitigate the loopholes in our Criminal Acts.
