Dear PM, undoing of corruptions in Indian Railways is a big challenge still haunting LALU YADAV for his past innovative way "land for job"& AMASSED wealth of crores fm a very modest beginning. Tks to our system of governance! Still we r in limbo & not knowing how to tackle the great corruption going on all around. Occasional CBI raid can't eliminate/eradicate such great diseases. In railway young loco pilots aged 30 to 35 yrs became Chief Loco Inspectors by manipulation do not have the required experience of driving mail/express Wap Egine. They got an enhanced extra 30 percent to their existing salary, daily 200 km running mileage & aditional 35 percent on retirement pension. So why don't they bribe the system? why don't the officers conducting such exams hesitate to amass a fortune fm the aspirants? if senior loco pilots who have had experience of running all locomotives & made huge contribution to rail would be honoured with CLI posts after 50 to 55 YRS then it would be a better one

Considering the importance of the mental well being of the workers/officials to enhance productivity and satisfaction , may kindly make it compulsory to establish a counselling centre at the workplace in govt departments and private concerns as a welfare measure please.
