आज देश मै एक नई समस्या देखने को मिल रही है । फैमिली डिस्प्यूट की । लगातार हमारे न्यायालयों पर इनके मामले बढ़ते ही जा रहे है इस का मूल भूत कारण देखे तो समझ मै आता है कि फैमिली लॉ मै समय के अनुसार परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ जबकि आईपीसी की जगह BNS ने ले ली जो की बदलते हुए समाज के लिए जरूरी था । एक बार हम लोगों को सभी से फैमिली लॉ पर नए सिरे से कुछ सुधारो के लिए विचार विमर्श शुरू करना चाहिए । ताकि इनके मामलों मै कमी आ सके ।जब भी किसी विशेष चीज के मैटर बरने लगे तो समझ लेना चाहिए कि समाज कानून का misuse कर रहा है

There are so many universities in India without facilities of Research and taking very high fees. If student is cancelling his/her admission from such universitirs after getting such informations, universities strongly denying to give fees back on cancellation of admission. So it is required to qualify a university in this digital, fast forward and expensive era. All universitirs need to recruit research scholars with 70000/- pm stipend + 30℅ HRA with 1:100 ratio, where 100 are the admissions given to students in all streams by the universities. If universities fail to do so, they need to pay 150000/- pm to the government till the universities are not hiring a research scholar. With this, all primary and fundamental requirements , traveling assistance, other expenses should be provided by the universities to the research scholar. Generally, research scholar are having marriage age and have some responsibilities at this age. So the stipend should be provided to research scholar.
