মুর্শিদাবাদ তথা পশ্চিমবঙ্গে একশ্রেনীর দালাল চক্র সক্রিয়। পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকদের মোটা টাকার প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে সৌদি আরব, কুয়েত, কাতার দুবাই ও মালয়েশিয়া সহ অন্যান্য দেশে অদক্ষ শ্রমিককে প্রেরণ করছে। তাদের কাছ থেকে দেড় থেকে দু লাখ টাকা নিয়ে তিন মাসের ট্রাভেল ভিসা দিচ্ছে। অনেকে প্রতারিত হচ্ছে। অনেক সময় টাকার বিনিময়ে আধার কার্ডে বা জন্ম সার্টিফিকেটে জন্ম তারিখ বদল করে পাসপোর্ট বানানোর অসাধু চক্র সক্রিয় হচ্ছে। বিদেশে গিয়ে মোটা টাকা বেতনের প্রলোভন ফিকে হয়ে যাচ্ছে। তারা অসহায় হয়ে পড়ছে। সেই সব কম শিক্ষিত বা অশিক্ষিত শ্রমিকরা হাইকমিশনের দারস্থ হতে পারছে না বা জানে না। এটা তারা নিয়তি ভেবে নিয়ে কষ্ট পাচ্ছে। বাড়ি ফিরতে পারছে না। বাড়িতে থাকা বউ, ছেলে, মেয়ে আর্থিক দিক থেকে দূর্বল হয়ে পড়ছে। আমরা সোসাইটির পক্ষ থেকে প্রায় ২১৫ জন কে ফিরিয়ে আনতে সক্ষম হয়েছি ও ৫৬ জনের লাশের সৎকারের ব্যবস্থা করতে পেরেছি ভারতীয় হাইকমিশনের মাদাদ পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করে। কিছু ছেলে মেয়ে স্কুল ছুট হচ্ছে বা কিছু ছেলে মেয়ে বাল্য বিবাহের দিকে ঝুকছে। অন্যদিকে কিছু ছেলে মেয়ে ড্রাগের নেশায় মত্ত হয়ে অসামাজিক কাজ কর্মে জড়িয়ে পড়ছে।

It will tap the unused assets lying in the household of indians. Improves income of the lower middle class.
