Namaste Mr. PM, I would like to suggest with regard to the Indian Postal Service. When I was sending some parcels or any transactions through Indian Post Office, we had to pay fees or charges through cash and there is no the option for making payment through digital means QR Code (Gpay or Phone pay etc). Whereas our Govt. insisting our citizens to go digital instead of Cash Transaction, but the Indian Postal departments are transacting through hard cash. It is time consuming in the handling the various denominations of the rupees are becoming difficult for both the postal staff as well as public. Even a small vegetable vendors use Gpay.
