Subject- Increasing rape cases in india Respected sir, Rape cases are increasing day by day, 86 rape cases are reported daily on an average as per NCRB data 2022. Every day we hear some heinous crime against the females of our country that we have never heard before either it is Nirbhaya, Hatharas, Kolkata or recent rape case of Israeli tourist, even the small children are not spared from this. In spite of having various strict laws in our country, we fail to protect them from this horror so we have to look problem with completely different approach Sir, i humbly request you to form a new all india service/agency that deals with only rape cases in india. Such an agency/service will drastically increase the efficiency as it will be directly under center govt, so the officer will not be influenced by local politicians/officers etc. which gave courage to criminals to commit such crime. i have written in detail about present problem and why we need such services. kindly check the pdf

There is a general feeling among the southern states that next delimitation based on the population may result in lower parliament seats as they implemented family planning and the growth of population will be less than some North Indian states. This will mean that ratio of southern states in the parliament will be lower than present ratio. This apprehension by political parties is genuine and this anomaly has to be properly rectified. My suggestion as a citizen of India is as follows: The present number of Parliament seats by states is fixed on Delimitation committee recommendation of 2008 based on 2001 census. Let us freeze the numbers. Normally the next delimitation will be based on the latest population survey. Apply the All India population growth percentage for each state to get the new parliament seats for the states. मैंने खाटूश्यामजी मेले में स्वच्छता को लेकर एक छोटा सा प्रयोग किया जिससे वहां की साफ-सफाई में 60% तक की वृद्धि हुई। मैंने मेले में एक भंडारा संचालक को बर्तन देकर डिस्पोजल का उपयोग नहीं करने को कहा तो उन्होंने श्रद्धालुओं को बर्तनों में ही प्रसादी खिलाई जिससे उनके 20-22 रुपए की बचत भी हुई क्योंकि इतने के डिस्पोजल आ जाते हैंऔर हर वर्ष से इस वर्ष साफ सफाई भी 60% अधिक रही। इसके लिए मैंने 8-10 अन्य भंडारा संचालकों को भी जागरूक किया तो उन्होंने मुझे अगले फाल्गुन मैले में डिस्पोजल का उपयोग नहीं करने का आश्वासन दिया क्योंकि खाटूश्यामजी मैले मे लाखों की संख्या मे श्रद्धालु बाबा के दर्शन करने आते है उनके भोजन प्रसादी के लिए हजारों भंडारे लगाए जाते हैं और अधिकांश मे डिस्पोजल का ही उपयोग होता है जिनकी वजह से मैले के बाद स्थानीय लोगों को सफाई से संबंधित काफी परेशानी होती है। अगर सभी भंडारों मे डिस्पोजल की जगह बर्तनों का इस्तेमाल हो तो इस समस्या से काफी हद तक छुटकारा मिल सकता है।मान्यवर मैं पिछले चार वर्ष से मैले मे श्रद्धालुओं को संदेश लिखे हुए जुट के कैरी बैग देकर पर्यावरण के लिए जागरूक कर रहा हू

Appeal for Reforms: The government’s lateral recruitment initiative is a good step, but further reforms are needed to ensure fair employment and healthcare benefits for SSCOs.
