Dear honorable PM,RM & HM, As we all know that closed loop man machine interfaces using optics & photonics are already operational from space domain. Based on the spectrum of choice it works not only outside the buildings but also within buildings (apartment complexes, hotels, etc.) It is now also necessary to analyze how the use of optics & photonics from space domain for neuroeconomics can have wide ranging implications for sovereign nations. NEUROECONOMICS is the study of decision making processes for economic activities such as those concerning corporations, government institutions and various businesses(including M&A, business plans, patents and other activities) "Neuroeconomics" should be considered as a multi disciplinary research program due to the possibilities of cybernetics being applied from space platforms. Indian Railways possesses huge factory sheds and railway platform sheds having inclined corrugated roofs complete with collection duct for rain-water and outlet pipe. In the monsoon season, after the first shower has washed away the accumulated dirt, these inclined surfaces offer large, clean and ready platforms for catchment of rain-water. Connecting outlet pipes with underground reservoirs of fresh-water via controlled inlets can provide valuable boost to rainwater-harvesting to alleviate water shortage in the upcoming summer season which has been predicted to be exceptionally hot.

Skill development training in the manufacturing sector does not give 100% results.  There is a need to create changes in skill development training in the manufacturing sector. Many Multinational Companies have established their manufacturing plants in India. They have higher education institutions abroad. It would be good if employees who have been working in their companies for a long time were provided with opportunities for higher education in their higher education institutions while they are still working. Through this, women and company workers working in the manufacturing sector will have more opportunities to obtain higher education degrees. This is possible when the three factors are combined: stipend for government entrepreneurs + social contribution of the company + worker contribution.Creating opportunities for higher education through the companies they work for will give good results.

I would suggest we highlight the importance of research for the growth of our nation. Without leading in research, it is impossible to lead in any sector at global level. I suggest you tell the success story of Sonam Wangchuk (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonam_Wangchuk_(engineer)) or similar heroes of our nation. I would also propose to launch a output based motivation scheme to reward (in money or recognition) all citizens weather private or public employees when they get a patent granted or write a paper in a reputed journal.

Dear PM, it seems that TRAI is totally favouring someone! We have DTH in the country, TATAPLAY and Airtel provided live channels on mobile (TATAPLAY WAS PROVIDING OVER WEB ALSO) but recently since JioHotstar launched, they have stopped providing Star group and Colours channels, WHY? What is the role of TRAI? Why can’t we watch tv through internet? DTH works through satellite and whenever due to weather we can’t watch tv, there is no option and the DTH providers charge us for every moment? How fair is this? Please get one working IPTV app for all in the country. Please take a note of this Mann ki baat. JAI HIND
