Dear Respected Prime Minister Modiji, Sub : Steps towards eliminating terrorist activities in Kashmir Dear Respected Modiji, We all Indians are deeply hurt and feel helpless when such terrorists activities try to destroy harmony in India attacking civilians and/ or our esteemed Armed Forces. I strongly suggest that Presidential rule be established in Kashmir or treat it as a Union Territory and do not give a State recognition, because the local political parties do not seem to have even the slightest desire to see Kashmir as an integral part of India and see Kashmir progressing and returning to normalcy and the local people living a normal and respectful life earning for themselves. This terrorist attack on 22nd April is the first ever attack since the new state government is formed and iam sure our Indian intellectual teams will definitely find links to people from this state government, supporting infiltration of terrorists into our Indian Land.

Dear honorable PM, your efforts for the environment and renewable energy are laudable. A possible approach in sustainable building materials is the creation of hollow fly ash bricks or hollow clay bricks which can use recycled plastic pellets filled with water as an insulation. The construction of buildings with such a material will keep the rooms cool in summer and reduce the need for energy for air-conditioning. With 5* energy efficient air-conditioning & such innovative building materials we can conserve energy, improve workplace productivity & divert surpluses to businesses for export oriented manufacturing. It is a simple design that reuses waste materials. Fly ash bricks are made from waste and recycling of plastics will reduce pollution on the planet. Filling recycled plastic pellets with water is for low cost insulation to reduce heat. It could be tested before widespread adoption by people & businesses.

Most Respected PMJI VANAKKAM My humble suggestions are as follows: 1) The Union Government can encourage the entrepreneurs in a massive way through sops who undertake the initiative of converting the construction and demolition wastes into concrete mix for building roads, houses, and for other infrastructure projects. The localbodies can play an instrumental role in this sphere. 2) SPONGE PARKS can be set up in the vacant places belonging to various Departments and organizations of the Union Government. This innovative step will have multiple benefits like improving the ground water table, preventing floods etc. Apart from utilising the funds earmarked under the CSR, reputed sponsors can also be roped in to undertake the project. 3) The Union Government can take up the massive project of planting Palmyra seeds in the vacant places belonging to it. This tree is drought resistant and has multiple uses. 4) Manual cleaning of sewers and septic tanks needs to be eliminated in the country

For the sake of terrorist attack retaliation, I will recommend conducting pan-India Army recruitment for soldiers to deploy into the J&K area and on the border of Pakistan and China to control infiltration from their side. Also, it will help to create pressure on these enemies.

Most Respected PMJI VANAKKAM My humble suggestions are as follows: 1) Kindly explore the feasibility of providing 1% reservation in education and government jobs for the transpersons. 2) The Union Government is taking a plethora of measures for the empowerment of women, particularly those residing in the tribal areas. I humbly suggest that every such woman may be distributed a pair of goats and poultry birds. This initiative will have a desired impact in the long run. Necessary funds for this project may be placed at the disposal of the District Magistrates concerned. This will eliminate the role of middlemen as well. 3) Please set the ball rolling in respect of interlinking of all the major rivers across the country, however in stages. The Ganga - Cauvery linking project can be taken up initially. Even though the proposal involves hefty budgetary allocations, the benefits due to its implementation will be stupendous. I am sure that your Gracious Honour will give a go ahead for this
