It is appreciable to reach the office early. The office ends at around 8.15 pm regularly whether there is work or not. So to come back home at around 9.30 to 9.45 pm. The question is not for overstaying for real work. Don't you think regular overstaying doesn't prove system inefficiencies. It is one kind of mental harassment and intimidation that you will be transferred to a remote place if you raise an issue or being transferred frequently without following transfer guidelines. One can't ask, one can't even mail instructed through the HR. Always a fear factor exists. Settlement of transfer dues is pending for the last two months. How long it will take God knows. There is none to bother with it. Is it a healthy atmosphere to work in a premiere institute. We know Modi's guarantee can prevail justice.🙏🙏

Respected PM sir , India can increase its semi conductor facilities by 2030 by following steps:- Accelerate Fab Construction: Ensure timely rollout of approved fabs with robust infrastructure—power, water, logistics.- Strengthen Supply Chain: Invest in upstream materials like high-purity gases, specialty chemicals, and ultrapure water.- Boost Equipment Manufacturing: Encourage domestic firms to build semiconductor tools, reducing reliance on imports.- Expand OSAT & ATMP Units: Focus on Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing to build packaging capacity.- Protect IP & Ease Regulations: Streamline patent processes and reduce red tape for semiconductor startups. India has to make these policies as there is a huge opportunity for our youth for jobs.

देश में इतना कुछ अच्छा हो रहा है। भारत आर्थिक मोर्चे पर मजबूत हो रहा है। देश में सकारात्मक माहौल है। देश अति गरीबी की स्थिति से बाहर आ रहा है। यह शायद कुछ लोगों को अच्छा नहीं लग रहा है। क्योंकि गरीबी हटाने के ही नाम से ही उनकी राजनीति वर्षों से चल रही थी। अगर गरीबी ही हट जाएगी तो वह क्या करेंगे? अब इसी कड़ी में उन्होंने यहां के उद्योगों पर सिर्फ असेम्बलिंग के काम पर तंज कसना शुरू कर दिया है। वह यह भूल जाते हैं कि कम से कम अब यह काम तो हो रहा है। नहीं तो जो भी विदेश जाता था वह TV और कंप्यूटर लेकर आता था। स्मगलिंग का धंधा भी फल फूल रहा था। उनके लिए यह जानना भी जरूरी है कि अब मूलभूत सेमीकंडक्टर चिप्स भारत में ही बनाने का कार्यक्रम भी चल रहा है। कोई भी देश आत्मनिर्भर रातों रात नहीं बन जाता। आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए वर्षों योजनाबद्घ तरीके से काम करना पड़ता है। अब हम डिजिटल इंडिया के अगले पड़ाव पर हैं। आत्मनिर्भरता की तरफ बढ़ रहे हैं। रक्षा उत्पादन में भी आत्मनिर्भरता हासिल कर आटोमेटिक गन, मिसाइलें, फाइटर जेट, एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर और पनडुब्बियों का निर्माण भी हम देश में ही कर रहे हैं

..पर खुद की जितनी hight और after death will get उतनी ही जमीन मिलती है पर गर सनातन rituals से ईन्सान को अलविदा कहा तो उतनी जमीन की जरूरत नही सब हवा..ईसीलीऐ सोच भी हवा जैसी है या पाणी - weight नही clean है पर तहस नहस करने के लिए काफी है..पर जरुरी है -और वैसे भी ईन्सान को सोचने के लिए भी प्रकृती का सहारा लेना पडता है - 4example उसे अपने emotions बया करने के लिए प्रकृती से जैसे - गाने चंचल हवा समंदर गहरा...& all these all because human has huge emotions energy & he is unable to control it..but सनातन संस्कार is way to understand it -spirituality जानना बहोत कम लोग कर सकते है actually spirituality itself without pain suffering, body may feel light weighted but still suffer may be just circulation of all elements in reverse or opposite direction so may be intellectual/brain grow so it has everywhere shiv ji temple ..

गर ईतना ही गुमान है ईन्सान को अपने कार्यक्षेत्र मे तो orignal & picture ai generate जो natural elements होते है वो कम करके बताए 4example- picture मे कुछ भी बहोत खुबसूरत दिखता है but when actual/orignal anything sees there is huge Gap can human fill that gap-never cause having limitation by nature given समंदर picture मे clean दिखता भी है पर सब कचरा/plastic गंदगी करके जाते है =actually लोगो को शर्म आनी चाहिए ऐसी सोच पे.. जो सिर्फ स्वार्थ लालच/lust और दूसरो को कम आकती है so called- modernity कम कपडे पहनना eng मे बात करना ऐ std का पैमाना है..it's so unnatural inhuman actually qके ऐसे लोग सिर्फ और सिर्फ खुदका सोचते है लोग समाज देश से ईनका कोई वास्ता नही मानो- देश मे ईतनी गंदगी करनेवाले या सरेआम कोई crime करता है ईससे ईनको परहेज नही..

Dear Modi ji, International Tariffs is the new norm. Developing Countries have followed Developed countries in making all life-styles/ life requirements / including taxation....etc. Those who do not play international Tariffs according to the way Developed countries play, poor people of developing countries and their small businesses will be wiped out. Economically, it will be unviable for the Bharatiya economy if it does not play with its international tariffs hike to developed countries. If Bharat does not hike its international tariffs and does not follow the way developed nations work with us in the economic segment, our nation will face big consequences and all the hard work of the last 10 years will be wiped out. Hence we need to tweak our international tariffs policy and apply international tariffs to all nations so that deals with other nations become economically viable.
